Being a single-person company, I can focus completely on my client's entire experience. I can also give a truly customized, bespoke service and I'm able to go above and beyond to over-deliver on client expectations. I want all my clients to say that I bring very high value.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my professionalism, reliability and positive energy, but what matters most to me is making the planning process as enjoyable and stress-free as the event itself. From our first conversation to the final song of the night, I work closely with you to understand your vision, your guests and the experience you want to create.

It's important to me that clients and I are covered from any issues that may arise while I'm performing my services. I hold public liability insurance and keep my equipment PAT tested, with documentation available for venues or event coordinators when needed.

Community service is very important to me, and so I give my DJ services for free to a select few non-profits each year.

LOVE OF MUSIC

I'm a music lover across almost every genre, and I have lots of fun discovering music. I love to listen to local radio stations while out driving, Spotify, blogs, and a host of DJ friends YouTube and MixCloud to stay plugged into the latest music. Each year, I'll attend music events across the country or just a local band or DJ to see new and familiar acts. I'm an audiophile: committed to excellent sound quality. This is why I purchase only the highest quality music files and invest in best-in-class, professional grade audio equipment from vendors such as Pioneer/AlphaTheta and Bose Professional and Yamaha. My music library is extensive spanning all decades and genres, and I'm constantly adding to it. I love when a client asks me to play a song or genre I'm not familiar with because I get to explore and learn.

My love of music started very early with my Dad. We'd listen to vinyl records and late night radio with great soul hits and especially Motown. Growing up, I started collecting music that I'd get exposed to from my Dad, family, and friends. I made DJ friends early and was friends with the folks at the biggest record store in my city which I eventually had my first paid internhip at, this would later evolve into stints at local radio stations doing the late night shows (that people actually listened to and called in haha). I would make mix tapes and CD's for high school mates, friends, and family all the time. I became the guy that everyone asked for a playlist when they'd have a party. Many years later, after many more events, I'm even more excited to DJ for people's celebrations!

I believe great DJing is about far more than playing music. Cliche as it may sound, it's part reading the room and part understanding the energy of the crowd and knowing exactly what to play, and when to play it. It's about helping celebrations flow naturally and ensuring every moment feels just right.

LOVE OF FAMILY & FRIENDS

I'm a family guy. My wife and I enjoy doing life together, the long road trips and taping down wires haha. We have two amazing daughters who remain my biggest fans. I'm grateful to have a wonderful friends who are always a call away!
